Zoetrope Animation

In our first Character and Animation class, we were introduced to 2D animation, specifically animation created using zoetropes. After that we made our own zoetrope animation by making frame drawings on a zoetrope paper strip.

In our first Character and Animation class, we were taught the basics of Adobe Flash and encouraged to play around with the software to create something.

Here is what I came up with:
Flash is a very useful software for 2D animators and I am looking forward to learning more about it in our next upcoming lesson.
